Your company already knows
how it works. We build the system that follows it.

We build business management software, online stores and automations for companies that already have their own way of working and don't want to change it just to fit a program. First we understand how your operation runs. Only then do we build the system.

Darío · Logiweb Distribuciones · Translation

Hi, how's it going? Good morning, how are you all? My name is Darío. We have a small distribution company supplying products to shops, called Logiweb. It's a family business that I run with my wife and have for many years now. We know Mateo through his parents. We've been working with them for quite a while distributing their products. Plus our own, which include mobile top-ups, cigarettes, drugstore and perfume products, and so on.

We started working with Mateo. We didn't have a management system, since it was a family business.

We started working with Mateo. It helped us a lot, because it lets us reach our customers in a somewhat more professional way. We were able to grow our customer base in a new way. We stopped using price lists, since we update everything right there. Plus we have the products with photos and prices. We update it right there and customers order there. It really improved the way we work.

As for Mateo, he's always willing to help. Every time we've needed to change something, because the way we work is pretty particular. Because it's a family business. He's helped us, guided us and advised us. He always has a great attitude. So in our case, it's been really beneficial.

Well, my name is Javier, and we're El Paso del Elefante. We're wholesalers and distributors here in Córdoba, covering housewares, hardware and cleaning supplies. Basically, I know Mateo through his father.

We were already running a system in our business, and switching systems is sometimes hard because you get used to one, and our previous system was actually very good, but the proposal and the value Mateo added to our business took it to another level.

Honestly, the system Mateo proposed to us was custom-built from day one, literally tailor-made, covering the needs of the business, from time tracking for the people doing their tasks, to admin and finance, and plenty of other tools too. All of it was custom-built.

What I'd highlight about Mateo is that he's someone who's eager to work, hungry to keep improving, and very smart, and all of that adds value anywhere, when it's simply a system built by him and his team.

Well, we're happy, we're honestly very pleased with the system, because a good system brings us order and organization, and order and organization in a business are the steps before strong, well-managed profitability. Well, all the best. Bye, bye.

Bueno, saludos. Chau, chau.

Localazo

A small shop picks its line of business, enters its details from a phone and that same afternoon has its website live at its own web address, plus the system to run the day-to-day. We built it and we support it.

  • The public website and the system, in a single sign-up
  • Every shop with its own web address
  • Set up entirely from a phone, with nothing to install

Blussi

An app for adopting rescued dogs and cats where nobody charges anything. You can browse all of it without creating an account: posts with photos, a map of lost pets by province and a direct chat with whoever rescued the animal. We built it and we maintain it.

It's finished and running, waiting for its own domain. Each customer logs in and sees the price list assigned to them, with stock in plain view. Behind it is the custom work they asked for: warehouse bin locations (rack and position), tasks with a stopwatch and customer accounts in pesos and dollars.

MyA wanted each of its resellers to have their own online catalog. MyA signs a reseller up and the catalog publishes itself, with the reseller's domain, logo and prices, pulling stock from MyA's system. Four are running today.

Logiweb Distribuciones

A distributor with needs that are very much its own: importing the supplier's price list, issuing delivery notes, exporting them to PDF and selling by the half case. We built all of it because they asked for it.

10

AI assistant

We built it for a client's online store: a chat that answers from their real catalog, with stock, colors, sizes and current prices. If something isn't available, it says so, and it hands the conversation to the salesperson's WhatsApp.

11

Mobile app

The system's back office, on your phone too. It scans codes with the camera to load stock and make sales, and notifies the owner as soon as an order comes in.

12

Sneakers Hub

A store we built and rebuilt several times: accounts, roles, cart, stock and tickets. It was the testing ground for what later went into client systems.

03 · Before we write code

Hardly anyone calls us because their system isn't working right. They call because of everything that has to be done by hand around it.

Spreadsheets that only one person updates. And if that person is out, the month doesn't close.

A

Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work

You pay for the program and then bend your operation to whatever that program allows. It always ends the same way: half the company inside the system and the other half in Excel.

B

Nothing talks to anything

The store on one side, invoicing on another, Mercado Libre off by itself. The same sale gets entered three times, and one of the three ends up wrong.

C

The system is left half-built

It's the complaint we hear most: someone built it, got paid and never came back. We keep supporting the system after we deliver it, and that's already included in the monthly fee.

04 · What we do

Four ways to take work off your plate

01

Custom business management software

Sales · Cash · Inventory · Purchasing · Customer accounts · Role-based permissions

No two are alike. We sit down to see how your company actually operates and build the screens and workflows that operation calls for. If the way you invoice, put together an order or keep track of your warehouse is unlike anyone else's, that is exactly what we program.

02

AI automation

Assistants · Alerts · Follow-ups · Automatic data entry

Data entry, alerts, follow-ups and replies that someone does by hand today. An assistant can answer with your catalog and your current stock, and hand the conversation to a salesperson when the sale moves forward.

03

Online stores and websites

Your own domain · Payments · Shipping · Google

An online store or a company website, with your own domain and a design made for you. Payments and shipping already connected, and built so Google can find it.

04

Integrations

ARCA (formerly AFIP) · Mercado Pago · Mercado Libre · WhatsApp

We connect the tools you already use, and whatever you need later on. The idea is simple: every record is entered once and shows up everywhere.

Do you run a distribution business or sell wholesale? See the software for wholesalers and distributors we have already built.

05 · How we work

Hiring a software company shouldn't be scary

This is what working with us looks like, from the first conversation until the system is up and running.

STEP 01

We look at your operation

You tell us what the company does and how you work today. You don't need to know anything technical. From there we find where time is slipping away and what makes sense to automate first.

STEP 02

We send you the proposal

We have no list price, because no two systems are alike. We send you a written quote, with what it includes and how long it takes, before we touch anything.

STEP 03

We build it in stages

We move in short stages, and at the end of each one you see something working, not a report. If the direction needs to change, it changes right there.

STEP 04

We leave it running

We deliver it running and train your people. The system stays yours. After that there's a monthly fee that covers hosting, maintenance and the improvements that come up along the way.

The first conversation is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Write to us and we'll start there.

06 · The company

We are Pulso.
Custom software from Córdoba, Argentina.

What we solve is concrete: your company's information stops being scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks and three programs that don't talk to each other. Once the workflow is in place, the team stops entering the same thing twice, stock is checked in one place and closing the month no longer depends on someone remembering.

We're a small team, and you can tell by how we work with you: you talk to the people who write the code, not to a middleman. We deliver in short stages, and there's one decision we don't negotiate: staying on after delivery, measuring how the system performs and improving it as the company grows. In Córdoba and its surroundings we meet at your company; with the rest of the country and the world we work remotely.

I handle the analysis of each operation, the architecture it will be built on and making sure the system holds up as the company grows. Then I oversee the team's development work and review everything before it reaches the client.

I'm completing a diploma program in software development, a few courses away from finishing, and I hold twelve certifications, ranging from architecture and performance to quality and cybersecurity. I'm the one who comes to the meeting with your company, not a salesperson.

Nobody knows a business better than the person who runs it every day. My job is to translate that into a system.
07 · How it's built

What it's built with, plainly

Nobody cares about the names. What follows is what each one changes in your day.

with Next.js

Loads instantly

The store opens fast even on an old phone. People who don't have to wait end up buying.

with TypeScript

Nothing breaks

Errors show up before we publish, not when your customer is already checking out.

with NestJS

Grows with you

It's well organized inside, so adding a feature later doesn't break three others.

with PostgreSQL

Your data, safe

Sales, customers and stock are stored the way they should be. Nothing gets lost.

with Prisma

It adapts

When the business changes, changing how the data is stored stops being a headache.

with Redis

Handles the rush

Lots of people buying at the same time without it slowing down. A big sale day won't take it down.

The rest, for anyone who wants to know: React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind on the side you see; Node, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL and Redis on the side you don't; Capacitor for the mobile app; Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare and Docker to keep it always online.

08 · Our story

How we got here

2022

The first client

A website for a roleplay game server, built by hand and delivered on time. That job gave us the one rule we still follow: listen before writing code.

2023

Referrals start coming in

Two more roleplay servers come to us because of the previous year's work, and they are the first projects with integrations: direct purchases with Mercado Pago inside the store. The first development certification arrives too.

2024

The diploma program begins

The diploma program in software development begins, taken alongside the projects and continuing over the next three years. Architecture, performance, quality and security stop being learned on the fly.

2025

The first business management system

Work begins on the complete system a company uses to sell, collect payments and invoice, designed around that company from day one. The training continues in parallel: everything studied goes straight into the project.

2025 · 2026

51 development stages

Sales, store, point of sale, payments and invoicing. Every piece tested before anyone used it for real.

JUN 2026

The first company selling on it

We migrated their entire previous system without losing a single record. They load their full catalog, we train the team and they move over to the new system.

2026

More companies, more custom work

Logiweb comes on board with features of its own, El Paso del Elefante with its warehouse and Evolux with its website.

AUG 2026

Two projects of our own

Localazo goes into production, giving a small shop its website and its system in the same afternoon, and so does Blussi, the app for adopting rescued animals where nobody charges anything. Both are ours, and we support them.

TODAY

Pulso, as a company

What used to be one-person work becomes a company, with a team and several projects running in parallel.
