AI automation for small and midsize businesses
We automate the tasks someone does by hand today: data entry, alerts, follow-ups and replies. The AI assistant we built answers from the real catalog and current stock, says so when something is out of stock, and hands the chat to the salesperson's WhatsApp when the sale moves forward.

What to automate first
At Pulso (pulsosoftware.com), a custom software company from Córdoba, Argentina, we look at how your team works today before we automate anything. That shows us where the time is going and what is worth automating first. What we automate falls into four kinds of tasks:
Data entry
What someone copies by hand from one screen to another goes in on its own and lands where it belongs.
Alerts
The system tells the right person when something important happens, so nobody has to sit there watching for it.
Follow-ups
Pending items stop depending on someone's memory: the system keeps track of them and brings them back to the top.
Replies
The questions customers always ask, like price, stock or whether a size is still available, are answered by an assistant using the company's own data.
An assistant that answers from your actual stock
We built it for a client's online store: a chat that answers from their real catalog, with stock, colors, sizes and current prices. If something isn't available, it says so, and it hands the conversation to the salesperson's WhatsApp.
When the sale moves forward, a salesperson takes over
The assistant answers in the online store; WhatsApp is where the salesperson picks up the conversation. From there, a person handles the sale.
Connected to the company's data
It doesn't answer from memory: it checks the client's catalog as it stands when the question comes in. If a price has changed or a size has sold out, the answer already reflects it.
Other automations already running
Not everything we automate is a chat. These run in systems we built, and each one has the full story on its own page.
Reseller catalogs that publish themselves
For MyA Importaciones' resellers. The details are in custom software for wholesalers and distributors.
Income, profit and margin across several Mercado Libre accounts, already calculated
One screen instead of logging into each account. See the Mercado Libre integration.
An alert to the owner as soon as an order comes in
It arrives on the owner's phone, in the system's app. More in your system on your phone.
An invoice issued automatically when a sale closes
At MyA Importaciones, through ARCA (formerly AFIP) electronic invoicing. More in the ARCA integration.
AI where it helps
Not everything needs AI, and we don't add it just to sound modern. We use it where the system has to understand what someone writes in their own words, like the questions that reach the assistant. Publishing a catalog, calculating a margin, sending an alert when an order comes in or issuing an invoice follow clear rules the system applies the same way every time: there is nothing to interpret, so there is no need for AI. When we look at your operation, we tell you which of the two fits each task.
Hiring a software company shouldn't be scary
- 01We look at your operation
- 02We send you the proposal
- 03We build it in stages
- 04We leave it running

I'm the one who comes to the meeting with your company, not a salesperson.
What people ask before we start
What can AI automate in a business?
Data entry, alerts, follow-ups and replies that someone handles by hand today. First we look at where the time is going, and that tells us what is worth automating first.
Does the assistant answer on WhatsApp?
Not inside WhatsApp. The assistant we built answers in the client's online store and, when the sale moves forward, hands the chat to the salesperson's WhatsApp.
What happens if someone asks for something that's out of stock?
It says so. It answers from current stock, so if a product, color or size isn't available, it doesn't offer it.
How much does it cost?
We don't have a list price, because no two systems are alike. First we look at your operation, then we send a written quote with what it includes and how long it takes, before we touch anything. The first conversation and the quote are free.
What happens after launch?
We deliver it running and train your team. After that there is a monthly fee that covers hosting, maintenance and the improvements that come up. We stay on, measuring how the system performs and improving it as the company grows.

Tell us what
your company needs
Write to us and we'll reply with something concrete. The quote is free: first we look at your operation, then we talk numbers. If your company is in Córdoba, Argentina, the first conversation can happen right there. If you're somewhere else, we hold it remotely.
