Custom software for wholesalers and distributors
At Pulso (pulsosoftware.com) we build custom software for wholesalers and distributors: customer-specific price lists, delivery notes, inventory by warehouse bin location, customer accounts in pesos and dollars, wholesale stores and reseller catalogs. We built these features for MyA Importaciones, Logiweb Distribuciones and El Paso del Elefante.

What a distributor needs and off-the-shelf software leaves out
In his review, Darío from Logiweb Distribuciones describes one of the things that changed for them: “We stopped using price lists, since we update everything right there.” (translated from Spanish)
A different price list for every customer
The price depends on who is buying, and someone has to remember which list each customer gets.
The supplier's price list changes and has to be entered again
Every new list from the supplier gets typed in by hand, one product at a time.
Stock that is hard to find in the warehouse
If nobody wrote down where it went, picking an order depends on whoever knows the warehouse by heart.
Customers who owe you in pesos and in dollars
Two currencies on the same account, and the real balance only shows up after someone does the math separately.
What we've already built for wholesalers and distributors
We've already built every feature on this list for a distributor or wholesaler, and each one says who it was for.
Customer-specific price lists
You assign each customer a price list, and they see it when they log in to the wholesale store, along with available stock. We built it for El Paso del Elefante.
Supplier price list import
When the supplier sends new prices, the list is imported into the system instead of being typed in by hand. Logiweb Distribuciones asked for it.
Delivery notes with PDF export
The delivery note comes out of the system and exports to PDF. Logiweb asked for this one too.
Half-case sales
Logiweb doesn't always sell a full case, so the system lets them sell half cases too.
Warehouse bin locations (rack and position)
In El Paso del Elefante's system every product has a rack and a position in the warehouse, so anyone can tell where to find it.
Tasks with a stopwatch
El Paso del Elefante's system times each team member's tasks with a stopwatch, so you can see how long each one takes.
Customer accounts in pesos and dollars
Each customer's account is kept in pesos and in dollars. Built for El Paso del Elefante.
A catalog of their own for each reseller
MyA wanted every reseller to have an online catalog of their own. MyA adds the reseller and the catalog goes live on its own, with the reseller's domain, logo and prices, pulling stock from MyA's system. Four are running today. See a catalog
Counter, online and wholesale sales on one system
That's how MyA Importaciones works: the full case is on our custom business management software page.
The invoice goes out when the sale closes
At MyA Importaciones the ARCA (formerly AFIP) electronic invoice is issued with the sale: how we connect e-invoicing.
In their own words
Darío from Logiweb Distribuciones and Javier from El Paso del Elefante talk about the system we built for them and what it was like to work with us.
We were able to grow our customer base in a new way.Translation
00:00Who they are: Hi, how's it going? Good morning, how are you all? My name is Darío. We have a small distribution company supplying products to shops, called Logiweb. It's a family business that I run with my wife and have for many years now. We know Mateo through his parents. We've been working with them for quite a while distributing their products. Plus our own, which include mobile top-ups, cigarettes, drugstore and perfume products, and so on.
00:32Before, with no system: We started working with Mateo. We didn't have a management system, since it was a family business.
00:39What changed: We started working with Mateo. It helped us a lot, because it lets us reach our customers in a somewhat more professional way. We were able to grow our customer base in a new way. We stopped using price lists, since we update everything right there. Plus we have the products with photos and prices. We update it right there and customers order there. It really improved the way we work.
01:07Working together: As for Mateo, he's always willing to help. Every time we've needed to change something, because the way we work is pretty particular. Because it's a family business. He's helped us, guided us and advised us. He always has a great attitude. So in our case, it's been really beneficial.
It was custom-built, literally tailor-made.Translation
00:00Who they are: Well, my name is Javier, and we're El Paso del Elefante. We're wholesalers and distributors here in Córdoba, covering housewares, hardware and cleaning supplies. Basically, I know Mateo through his father.
00:15Coming from another system: We were already running a system in our business, and switching systems is sometimes hard because you get used to one, and our previous system was actually very good, but the proposal and the value Mateo added to our business took it to another level.
00:38A custom system: Honestly, the system Mateo proposed to us was custom-built from day one, literally tailor-made, covering the needs of the business, from time tracking for the people doing their tasks, to admin and finance, and plenty of other tools too. All of it was custom-built.
01:06Working together: What I'd highlight about Mateo is that he's someone who's eager to work, hungry to keep improving, and very smart, and all of that adds value anywhere, when it's simply a system built by him and his team.
01:27Where they are today: Well, we're happy, we're honestly very pleased with the system, because a good system brings us order and organization, and order and organization in a business are the steps before strong, well-managed profitability. Well, all the best. Bye, bye.

What people ask before we start
Does it work for a small distributor?
Yes. For Logiweb Distribuciones, a distributor with very specific needs of its own, we built supplier price list import, delivery notes with PDF export and half-case sales.
Can each customer see their own price list?
Yes. In the wholesale store we built for El Paso del Elefante, each customer logs in and sees the price list assigned to them, with stock visible.
Can my resellers have their own catalog?
Yes. MyA adds a reseller and that reseller's catalog is published automatically, with its own domain, logo and prices, pulling stock from MyA's system. There are four running today.
Can it handle customer accounts in dollars?
Yes. El Paso del Elefante's system keeps customer accounts in pesos and in dollars.
We're coming from another system. Can we switch?
Yes. El Paso del Elefante was already using another system, one Javier says was very good, and chose a custom one. If you also have data to move from the system you use today, we explain how we do it on our custom business management software page.
How much does it cost?
We don't have a list price, because no two systems are alike. First we look at your operation, then we send a written quote with what it includes and how long it takes, before we touch anything. The first conversation and the quote are free.
Do you work with companies outside Argentina?
Yes. We meet in person in Córdoba, Argentina, and its surroundings, and work remotely with companies in any country, on Argentina time (UTC-3). Meetings, email and support can be in English. After launch there is also a monthly fee.
