Custom business management software

We build custom business management software: sales, cash, inventory, purchasing, customer accounts and role-based permissions, programmed around the way each company already works. No two are alike. We are based in Córdoba, Argentina, and work remotely with companies anywhere.

01 · Where it starts

When the company runs on three programs and a spreadsheet

Spreadsheets that only one person updates. And if that person is out, the month doesn't close.

Custom business management software from Pulso (pulsosoftware.com) brings all of that into one place, built around how your team already works.

02 · Features

What your business management software can do

01

Sales and point of sale

Counter sales, online sales and wholesale, all on the same system.

02

Cash and payments

Each payment is recorded on the sale itself, not entered separately.

03

Inventory

Stock is checked in one place.

04

Purchasing

Supplier purchases go into the same system and update inventory.

05

Customer accounts

Each customer's balance, up to date, with no separate spreadsheet.

06

Role-based permissions

Each role sees and does what it is supposed to.

07

ARCA (formerly AFIP) electronic invoicing

We connect the system to ARCA electronic invoicing. The details are on our ARCA integration page.

08

Wholesalers and distributors

If you sell wholesale, we cover what distributors usually ask for on its own page: custom software for wholesalers and distributors.

03 · On your phone

Your system on your phone too

The system's back office, on your phone too. It scans codes with the camera to load stock and make sales, and notifies the owner as soon as an order comes in.

We also built and maintain Blussi, an app for adopting rescued dogs and cats where nobody charges anything.

04 · Custom or off-the-shelf

Custom or off-the-shelf software: when each one makes sense

If the way you work is standard for your industry and an off-the-shelf program already covers it, that may be enough. If the way you invoice, put together an order or keep track of your warehouse is unlike anyone else's, that is exactly what we program.

05 · Migration

Moving off your old system without losing data

In June 2026 we migrated a company's entire previous system without losing a single record; they loaded their full catalog, we trained the team and they moved to the new system.

Before migrating, we look at what data there is, where it lives and in what order it makes sense to move it, and all of that goes into the written quote.

MyA Importaciones

A wholesaler that runs its whole day on the system. It sells at the counter and online on its own domain, has more than 2,300 products with photos and variants, and the invoice is issued automatically when the sale closes.

  • Counter, online and wholesale sales on the same system
  • Payment, shipping and invoice without leaving the sale
  • Four resellers, each with its own published catalog

08 · Frequently asked questions

What people ask before we start

What is custom business management software?

It is a system programmed around the way your company already works: its sales, cash, inventory, purchasing and customer accounts. No two are alike, because no two operations are alike.

Which is better: custom or off-the-shelf software?

It depends on how closely your operation matches the standard for your industry. If an off-the-shelf program already covers it, that may be enough; if not, custom software is the better fit. The comparison is above, point by point.

Can it issue ARCA electronic invoices?

Yes, we connect the system to ARCA (formerly AFIP) electronic invoicing. At MyA Importaciones the invoice is issued automatically when a sale closes.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes. We have already built an app that scans codes with the camera to load stock and make sales, and notifies the owner as soon as an order comes in.

Can you move the data from our current system?

Yes. In June 2026 we migrated a company's entire previous system without losing a single record; they loaded their full catalog, we trained the team and they moved to the new system.

How much does it cost?

We don't have a list price, because no two systems are alike. First we look at your operation, then we send a written quote with what it includes and how long it takes, before we touch anything. The first conversation and the quote are free.
